Attorney Daniel Norton is a partner in the personal injury law firm of Kogan & DiSalvo, P.A. He is a civil trial lawyer and has been representing victims of injury and their families for 17 years. His experience includes legal representation for families of wrongful death victims, and for people who have been injured in auto accidents, while on another's premises, or by a defective product. He has also represented victims of mold exposure. Prior to joining Kogan & DiSalvo, Mr. Norton was a Managing Partner in the
Boca Raton law firm of Lewis, Wood & Brown, and handled civil litigation cases.
In 1992 he obtained his Juris Doctorate degree from Rutgers, The State University of the New Jersey School of Law. He obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science in 1989 from
Bucknell University , where he was Captain of the Men's Soccer team. He is a graduate of the Lawrenceville School, a prestigious preparatory high school in
New Jersey.
Attorney Norton is licensed to practice law in the States of Florida, New Jersey and
Pennsylvania . He is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida, the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida, United District Court for the District of New Jersey, as well as all Courts for the States of Florida, New Jersey and
Pennsylvania .
