Attorney Theodore L. DiSalvo is a founding partner in the well-known law firm of Kogan & DiSalvo, P.A.  Mr. DiSalvo is a Florida Bar Board Certified Civil Trial Lawyer. This accomplishment and status demonstrates his knowledge and experience. Both he and his firm focus strictly on personal injury law, including auto accidents, catastrophic injuries, and wrongful death cases. The firm was established in 1994.

Martindale-Hubbell an independent, highly regarded rating agency that utilizes peer review to rate members of the legal community has assigned Mr. DiSalvo an AV rating, which is the highest rating for legal ability and ethics awarded. He has served personal injury clients with caring and commitment for more than 20 years.

Mr. DiSalvo obtained his Juris Doctorate from Suffolk University in Boston, Massachusetts , in 1988.  At Suffolk , he was inducted into the legal fraternity, Phi Delta Phi, based on academic merit.  He attended undergraduate school at Johnson & Wales University in Providence, Rhode Island , where he graduated cum laude in 1984.

Prior to forming the personal injury law firm of Kogan & DiSalvo, P.A., Mr. DiSalvo was a successful litigation attorney with Paxton, Crow, Bragg, Smith & Keyser, P.A., handling civil litigation cases with an emphasis on personal injury and insurance matters.  Prior to this, Mr. DiSalvo practiced law in Massachusetts.

Mr. DiSalvo is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit, the U.S. District Courts for the Southern District of Florida and the District of Massachusetts, and all the State Courts of Florida and Massachusetts .
