How long do I have to file a claim?

How long will it take to resolve my case?

Every case is unique and depending on the complexity it can take different time periods to resolve. How much money will I be able to recover?

Will I have to go to court?

Will I encounter future problems with my insurance company if I file a claim against them?

If you have been injured due to the negligence of another and pursue a claim against your insurance company, you will not have an increase in your premiums.  The only person who would receive an increase would be the negligent party in the case.  The information an insurance company receives cannot be held against the injured and innocent party.
