Florida Board Certified In Civil Trial Law

Categories:

BOCA RATON, FL – June 25, 2007 – Theodore L. DiSalvo, founding partner of the personal injury law firm Kogan & DiSalvo, P.A., has become board certified in civil trial law by The Florida Bar. Certification is the highest level of recognition by The Florida Bar and displays an attorney’s competency and experience in their area of law.

To become board certified in civil trial law, Mr. DiSalvo was required to have conducted numerous civil cases in court before a jury as lead counsel. Additionally, Mr. DiSalvo had to receive the recommendation of Judges and his peers, as well as successfully complete a written exam that demonstrates superior competency in the field of civil trail law. The board exam has a pass rate of approximately 29 percent and Mr. DiSalvo succeeded in passing the exam on the first try. Only 3 percent of all attorneys in Florida, in all practice areas combined, are board certified.

For more than 18 years, Theodore L. DiSalvo has been representing injury victims and their families in the areas of personal injury and wrongful death, motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, negligent security and product liability. He has tirelessly fought for victims rights and has successfully tried and negotiated hundreds of settlements on behalf of injury victims. By committing himself to helping the injured, Mr. DiSalvo has assisted many people in regaining peace of mind after an accident or death of a loved one.

The distinction of becoming board certified identifies Mr. DiSalvo as a lawyer with special knowledge, skills, and proficiency in civil trial law, and as a specialist and expert in this area of practice.
